Step 01 • Entry

Digital Intake & Tele-Dentistry Triage

Your care begins conveniently from home. You complete a preliminary digital intake describing your symptoms, cosmetic aspirations, or clinical goals, with the option to upload smartphone photographs for preliminary triage.

Step 02 • Chairside

Optical 3D Scanning & Low-Dose CBCT

At our practice, we use comfortable optical intraoral scanners rather than silicone trays. In less than 2 minutes, a full-colour 3D model of your dentition is rendered on screen. Where structural bone analysis is required, an ultra-low-dose 3D CBCT scan is performed.

Technology: Intraoral Laser/Optical Wand & Cone-Beam CT

Step 03 • Analysis

AI-Assisted Diagnostics & Collaborative Planning

The clinician reviews your scans alongside assistive AI diagnostic filters that highlight subtle tooth decay, bone margins, and potential restorative challenges. You sit side-by-side with your clinician, seeing your 3D digital smile and understanding your treatment options in full clarity.

Step 04 • Production

Precision CAD/CAM Milling & 3D Printing

Once your treatment plan is agreed, your restoration (e.g., ceramic crown, onlay, or implant surgical guide) is designed on CAD workstations. It is either robotically milled from solid ceramic blocks or 3D-printed using biocompatible polymers—often ready on the very same day.

Step 05 • Ongoing

Delivery & Remote Follow-Up Monitoring

Your restoration is bonded with micron precision, requiring fewer adjustments because it was fabricated from a true 3D digital map. Follow-up reviews are coordinated through our tele-dentistry app, ensuring your comfort without requiring repeated trips to the clinic.

Technology: Cloud Patient Records & Mobile Check-in

Clinical Governance Note

Digital tools do not replace the expertise of registered dental professionals. All automated outputs, CAD designs, and AI alerts are thoroughly assessed, verified, and executed under the strict clinical supervision of qualified dentists.
